Frequently Asked Questions

How early do I need to contact you prior to the event?
The earlier the better! Our calendar starts filling up a year in advance and prime weekends are filled very quickly.

Do I need to give you a budget?
Many clients are apprehensive about telling their caterer their budget upfront. We have a wonderful variety of menus that range in price. Please do think about what you want to spend per guest to host your event. It saves us both time if we know a ballpark upfront. You might find our Budgeting for a Catered Event a helpful tool in this endeavor.

Can we sample your food?
Yes, after we have met with you and/or provided you a preliminary proposal, you are welcome to come to a tasting. Our tastings are scheduled approximately every 6 weeks. Although your specific menu items may not be featured at the tasting you attend, our tastings are a great way to sample the quality of our food, see some of our presentation style and meet some of our fantastic service team. Please call to find out the next date.

Does it cost more for the service staff to cut the cake or serve the champagne toast?
No, these services are complimentary!

How much is the non-refundable deposit to hold the date?
$1,500.00

How many hours does the staff remain at the event site?
Our customized proposal will outline the number of hours our staff will need to set up, service the event and clean up.

When will the balance be due?
Twelve (12) weeks prior to your reception, 50% of the estimated balance will be due. The final balance is due seven (7) days prior to the reception.

I don't see many menus on the website, why is that?
We customize every event to best suit your tastes, needs & budget.

Can you provide a list of event sites?

Yes, you may want to start by looking through our Venue Locations page, but if you don’t see anything there we have many other locations we can suggest as well.

How much of the clean up am I responsible for after an event?
Our staff will clean the food preparation and food service area.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA & Mastercard
